Graves Eye Disease

Graves' eye disease, also known as thyroid eye disease, is an autoimmune condition linked to Graves' disease. It causes inflammation and swelling behind the eyes, leading to symptoms like bulging eyes, pain, and vision problems. Treatment involves managing symptoms with medications and, in severe cases, surgery or radiation therapy may be necessary. Early diagnosis is key to preventing complications and preserving vision.
